Following the success of our printhead refurbishment program, customers asked us to extend our service offerings to controllers and data stations in Kodak printers. Not only do you receive top service from Kao Collins technicians, but you get the peace of mind knowing support still exists in the event Kodak decided to sunset their Versamark printers.
We understand the costly impact of printer downtime. That’s why we believe in timely, accurate support. For replacement parts, customers can expect a turnaround of 1-2 days with overnight shipping.
Vast Experience
- Kao Collins has repaired and upgraded parts on failed equipment. We can repair most controller rips and other failed boards.
- We have assisted customers who could no longer get tach and cue boards for their Kodak Versamark CS400 controller. We upgraded an older S220 tach and cue to a 400, enabling it to work in their CS400 series controller.
- Kao Collins has developed a flush feature and module that enables diagnostic testing without powering down systems. It is fully compatible with previous flush modules.
- We are testing other replacement parts including pumps, valves, and filters.
